X1 SYSTEM
The size-adjustable high-end X1 Carrying System was spe-
cially developed for high loads over 40 kg. Particular atten-

tion was paid to the adjustability, ergonomics and ventilation
of the system. Durable materials, multi-layered structures and
reinforcements in the right places make the system stable
and durable.

8 Two ergonomically shaped, crossed aluminium bars
(1) lead laterally into the hip belt (2) transferring the

load from the back to the hips. The anatomically fitting
hip belt consists of multi-layered hip fins with PE rein-
6 1 forcement plates. It can be easily adjusted and tightened
5 by the deflected belt strap (3). A rubberised lumbar pad
(4) prevents the backpack from slipping and an anatomi-
cally shaped aluminium rod (5) helps to optimize the fit.
The back padding (6) above it is ultra-concave in shape,
4 sewn into chambers for better ventilation, and rests per-

fectly against the back with its generous technical pad-
ding. The load control straps (7) can be partially attached
in two different positions for optimum setting. Ergonom-
3 ically shaped shoulder straps (8) with height adjustment
(9) increase the level of comfort. The lid is also height
adjustable (10).
V2 SYSTEM
The size-adjustable V2 Carrying System was developed for
10 medium to high loads up to 40 kg. A combination of alu-
minum and fiberglass bars results in an excellent balance
9 of efficiency and flexibility in load transmission with low
7 own weight. Channels on the back padding ensure good air
circulation.
Two to a “V” arranged aluminum bars (1) and two
8 load-transmitting firberglass bars (2), which lead laterally
6 into the hip belt (3), form the central static unit. The
three-part, ergonomic hip belt consists of a lumbar pad
(4) with rubberized insert against slipping of the back-
2 1 pack as well as two conical cut, multi-layered hip wings
with a PE-plate reinforcement. The hip belt can be easily
tightened and adjusted by means of the deflected belt
strap (5). The back padding (6) has a concave shape and

3 is sewn into chambers for better ventilation. It has good
contact with the backpack. The load control belts (7) can
be fastened in two different positions and thus allow an
exact adjustment. Comfortable shoulder straps (8) with
5 the possibility of height adjustment (9) complete the
wearing comfort. The lid is height adjustable (10).
