We just heard from our friends over at iWholesales that they now have one of the most rare things in airsoft, and that’s a vacancy in their Technical Department for a Trainee Gun Technician!
They tell us:
“Due to expansion and work flow iwholesales are seeking a trainee gun technician to work at our facility in Colnbrook,Slough.
General duties would include repairs and assessments to a wide range of airsoft gun platforms including gas and electric. Upgrades, custom work, gun finishing and painting. Full training will be given. We stock a very broad range of manufacturers, so there is a great deal of variety.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience
Previous experience is not absolutely necessary but is preferable, an understanding of airsoft guns and the different platforms and the way they work is a benefit, as is any sort of engineering experience.
Depending on experience and aspirations we are able to offer the role as a formalised apprentice scheme, with day release for off site learning. This is open to negotiation with the successful applicant
