A big shout out to our good mate and AA LEGION associate Chris Bravo over at AIRSOFT &MILSIM NEWS today as he sent us the details of a very cool “M4 CAG” build, a bit of blast from the past, and as he says;

“Back in the day, M4s had to be customized a lot as they weren’t as GUCCI as of today so the guys did their best, and I heard that “retro guns” are becoming a thing again… just saying!”

And what a beauty this is, just going to show that even the most basic “M4” can be turned into something pretty darn stunning with the right mind-set and a healthy dose of research!

And for those of you youngins wondering “what the hell is CAG” the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment–Delta (1st SFOD-D), referred to as Delta Force, Combat Applications Group (CAG), or within Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), Task Force Green, was a special operations force of the United States Army, under operational control of JSOC. The unit’s missions primarily involved counterterrorism, hostage rescue, direct action, and special reconnaissance, often against high-value targets.

So, an “M4” for a hi-speed, lo-drag warrior… what else could you possibly want?

Kudos to the creator, Chris’ mate Kross Konn aka nospecificnamegiven… head on over to AIRSOFT & MILSIM NEWS for more awesome photos and a full parts list!
