Last week was one hell of a ride, but we’re pleased to report that the AA Crew are safely home from SHOT SHOW 2025; after some awesome “dailies” we’re really interested to see their full report from the show in Las Vegas, and this will appear in ISSUE 171 on February 15!

And it’s back to airsoft-biz-as usual this week as we kick off with something a little bit special! We do like a fully-licenced GBBR with all the gucci parts in place, and EMG have been working diligently with their STRIKE INDUSTRIES licence to create some pretty darn stunning airsoft platforms under this agreement for a while!

The latest is the OPPRESSOR, and two variants have been brought to our attention by our mates at iWholesales having just arrived in their warehouse! The new PDWs feature the Cyma CGS System, a take on the Tokyo Marui MWS System, and the OPPRESSOR variants mirror the unconventional furniture design of the real steel models, neatly and comprehensively replicating the latest STRIKE INDUSTRIES innovations in GBBR form.

Features look good too;

  • Partnership between CYMA CGS x Strike Industries, with EMG Licensing
  • Full GBBR featuring Strike Industries Unique Furniture, Licensing and Markings
  • CYMA CGS System Internals
  • Partial Parts Cross Compatibility with Tokyo Marui MWS Series
  • Adjustable Trigger Pull
  • M-LOK Rail Interface w/ Partial Picatinny Rail
  • Alloy Housing with Steel Internals
  • Alloy Oppressor Muzzle Device, Forward Assist, Outer Barrel, Strike Rail, Alloy Upper & Lower
  • Steel Bolt Carrier, Fire Control, Hammer, Sear, Bolt Catch, Castle Nut, Take Down Pin, Trigger Pin

These do look might fine to us, and as we’ll be seeing iWholesales early next month hopefully we can score one of the variants to get on the range… and if we do then we’ll be sure to tell you all about it!
