The original G&G ARP 9 was a big hit when it came out but now G&G are taking things to the next level with the new ARP 2.0 Series; we wrote about this new model when it was announced, and now it’s hitting good airsoft stores everywhere!
So, what’s new with the ARP 2.0? For starters, it comes equipped with a longer 7″ full aluminum M-LOK rail and a detachable handstop. The iconic polymer receiver keeps the weight down while the new GOS-V9 minimalist retractable PDW-style stock provides more space for your battery, reducing the need for a battery extension unit. Plus, the G&G boffins have increased the magazine capacity to 170 BBs from the original 60 BBs!
Internally, G&G have made some changes too; the ARP 2.0 now has a longer 168mm inner barrel compared to the original 128mm length of the ARP 9. The polymer rotary-up has been improved for better consistency when adjusting your hop-up unit. And they’ve installed an improved electronic trigger unit (E.T.U.) and the newest Gen 4. MOSFET for crisp trigger pulls and enhanced battery protection.
The ARP 2.0 is available in a striking all black and a silver-coloured configuration, so check to see if your favourite airsoft store has them in stock yet and be one of the first on the battlefield with this up-to–minute AEG!
