So, after our short “spring break” we were back in the office yesterday and catching up with everything that’s happened in the past couple of weeks… not so much to catch up on to be honest, as just like all of you we do tend to keep our ears and eyes open for new developments even when we’re “not at work” as airsoft to us is never really “work” but a passion and a way of life!
We’re pleased to report that everything is back to normal and settled with our server in readiness for the next six months, and you may have noticed that there are a few minor tweaks that we’ve made to the website to make things just a little bit slicker… there’s also a “space” there for a special project that we’re working on, but that isn’t going to come to fruition quite yet… yeah, we know, cagey right?
But following a VERY successful and highly enjoyable show season we’ have a lot to put in motion for the immediate and medium-term future, and there’ll be news about the AA CREW moving forward yet again in the next couple of weeks… so as always, watch this space…
One thing to shout out today though to all of you that voted for us in the PLAYERS CHOICE AWARDS this year… thank you all, but we were pipped to the top-spot by the guys over at 020 Magazine, and our congratulations go out to them for their win; they’re another crew that work super-hard at what they do, and as much as we would have loved to take the top-spot again, we’re very pleased that their professionalism has finally been recognised… in our mind there are no “competitors” in our airsoft-world of the written word, just other airsofters doing their own thing in their own way and our community is better for it…
With that said though, the AA CREW will go on doing our own thing, in our own very unique way, and we hope that you’ll come along for the ride yet again… there’s a long, (hopefully!) hot summer of airsoft ahead of us, some major annual games and events to look forward to, and of course more new guns n’ gear to look at… and as always AIRSOFT ACTION will be bringing you the best content we can create on everything!
Back to business as usual tomorrow, and ISSUE 173 is all set to go live on 15 APRIL… and as we always say “if it’s in airsoft, it’s in AIRSOFT ACTION!”
