Just last month we posted the exciting news of the EVOLUTION HARD CORE E.T.S. III E-416 DEVGRU and even with the vagaries of the shipping situation right now, the guys in Italy have got a model over to us in super-quick time for testing!
The E-416 DEVGRU is full of the very latest electronic goodies from Evolution Airsoft; as we have been told the AEG features the new E.T.S. III system, but what does this mean? We asked Evolution and they told us:
“The E.T.S. III™ is the most advanced programmable electronic trigger ever installed in a stock air soft gun and it is the easiest to use. While other manufacturers install electronic units with very limited basic functions and require you to buy additional software to unlock the advanced functions and use an external programming unit, PC or apps to program them, the E.T.S. III have all the advanced functions out of the box, and no need of extras to use them, all you need is your finger as all functions, even the most advanced ones, are programmed via trigger. Fast and easy!”
Now that the E-416 DEVGRU has arrived safely with us we’ll be putting it through its paces over the Christmas break, and will report back in full in Airsoft Action next month! Suffice to say that the external fit and finish is absolutely first rate, and the “SF Bronze” rail is just the icing on the (christmas!) cake! Given what we already know is inside we’re expecting performance to be equally satisfying, so watch out for our full report on January 15th!
